This is the companion website for Introduction to Traval Journalism: On the Road with Serious Intent, published July 15, 2012, by Peter Lang. I’ll use this site to update the book, chapter by chapter, as new content becomes available. Also note under Contents along the right-hand rail, a link to the Poverty Tourism Demonstration Lab. Poverty tourism is a topic niche discussed in Chapter 3: How to Reach the Audience for Travel Journalism.
